Triumph Law, P.C., is proud to partner with Mothers Against Drunk Driving to sponsor the 10th Annual Walk Like MADD event in Sacramento. Walk Like MADD is a chance to do something about drunk driving in the community. All the money raised goes to the community to stop the tragedy caused by this 100% preventable crime on the roadways. Last year, thousands of people in over 90 cities across the country participated in these 5k events to help eliminate drunk driving, raising over $3 million.

Since 1980, Mothers Against Drunk Driving’s mission has been “to aid the victims of crimes performed by individuals driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, to aid the families of such victims and to increase public awareness of the problem of drinking and drugged driving.” Now MADD’s efforts are also focused on reducing drunk driving, helping fight drugged driving, supporting victims of these violent crimes, and preventing underage drinking.
