About Mothers Against Drunk Driving and Walk Like MADD
Walk Like MADD aims to raise awareness and funds for the organization’s mission of ending intoxicated driving. Mothers Against Drunk Driving is dedicated to the philosophy of “No More Victims.” In addition to Walk Like MADD, the foundation supports initiatives such as implementing stricter law enforcement procedures and installing ignition interlock devices in the vehicles of every person who has been found guilty of driving under the influence.

This year’s walk will be held in Sacramento’s Maidu Park on October 12th. Registration for the event will begin at 9 in the morning and continue until 9:45 a.m. The walk itself officially begins at 10 a.m., and runs for three hours until 1 p.m. Click here to register for the Sacramento Walk Like MADD event or donate to the walk.
